West Sound Utility District provides customer service for Hartstene Pointe Water District. For any inquiry or request, please call (360) 876-2545.
Customer Service hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. For after hours, call (360) 876-2545 and an answering service will respond. Routine requests will be answered in the next business day. Emergency items will be forwarded to the on-call employee.
A District employee is on-call at all times. During non-business hours, emergency calls are routed to this employee by the answering service.

Customer Service is responsible for:
- Billing and billing inquiries.
- Electronic payments for utility bills
- Service issues and scheduling
- Inquiries about future service
- Rate and fee inquiries
