Flat Montly Rates

Hartstene Pointe Water-Sewer District does not have water meters. Therefore each customer pays a flat monthly rate for both water and sewer.

RV Lots

There are designated recreational vehicle (RV) lots in our community. The water and sewer rates for RV lots are as follows:

Non-Connected Lots

Residential lots that have paid the water connection fees, but have not yet connected to the water system are charged $14.00 per month. For sewer, this fee is $26.00 per month.

Residential lots that have not paid the water connection fees, and are not connected to the water system are not charged a water or sewer service fee.

Abandoned Services

If ready to serve charges become delinquent for a period of two years, the service will be considered abandoned. When water and/or sewer service is resumed for an abandoned account, the property owner is required to pay any and all connections fees that are in effect at that time.
